Payments

Currency

All prices on our website are shown in the currency you have selected. We accept Canadian dollars only. We are not responsible for any international transaction fees you may encounter.

Large orders

Orders over $850 CAD require a signed invoice before they can be processed. If your order is over this amount, our team will reach out to you directly.

How we appear on your statement

Payments will appear on your card or bank statement as RRZ INC. If you pay with PayPal, our name appears as Rearz Inc. inside PayPal, but the card or bank account used for the purchase will still show RRZ INC.

Billing address

If the billing address you provide does not match the address on file for your card, your transaction may be automatically declined. We reserve the right to ask for ID and proof of card ownership.

International credit cards

If you're located outside of Canada and are having trouble ordering with your credit card, please contact your bank. Banks sometimes block international purchases because they can appear fraudulent.

Pre-paid credit cards

If you're using a pre-paid credit card, check the back of the card for details on registering it for online purchases, and make sure it's registered before you order. Some pre-paid cards can't be used on our online store. Please also check your card balance before ordering, as pre-paid cards are often declined due to insufficient balance.

Order Cancellations

Because our customers often need their products urgently, we process orders as quickly as possible. For that reason, orders usually cannot be cancelled or changed once they've been placed.

• If an order can be cancelled, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
• The best way to request a cancellation is by replying to your order confirmation email.
• Orders containing made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Coupons, Gifts and Samples

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit the use of coupons and free promotional gifts. Free samples are limited to one per customer based on available stock, and are not guaranteed even once they're in your cart. Any abuse or improper use of coupons will result in your order being cancelled in part or in full, and your account being limited or closed.

Promotions and Pricing

• Product availability and promotions can change without notice, and all special offers are limited to stock on hand. We do not offer rain checks.
• All promotions are offered in Canadian dollars and are based on Eastern Time.
• Customers may not create additional accounts to receive new customer promotions or extra free items. Doing so will result in your order being cancelled with fees.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Rearz Inc. reserves the right to refund or cancel orders placed at that price.
• Once a promotion has ended, Rearz Inc. will not adjust pricing after the fact for any reason, including technical difficulties.
• Rearz Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors, and works to keep all marketing content and our website as accurate as possible.

Chargebacks

Every chargeback results in the immediate and permanent closure of your account. A charge of $100 plus 20% of the order value will be added to your invoice for each chargeback made, and then forwarded to a collections agency.

Please contact our support team BEFORE making a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue.

Wholesale

• All wholesale orders must meet the minimum purchase of $150 CAD and use a paid shipping option, or they will not be processed and will be cancelled.
• Wholesale accounts cannot use Sezzle. Orders paid with Sezzle will be cancelled, and a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Orders of $1,000 CAD or more must be paid by a direct payment method. This also applies if you place multiple orders within a 7-day span that total over $1,000 CAD. Payments over $1,000 CAD made by credit card will have a 4% processing fee.
• All shipping costs at check-out are estimates and may be adjusted. Any shipping overages are refunded after your order has shipped. Cancellation requests due to shipping changes follow our standard cancellation process.
• We no longer arrange freight shipments. If we are required to, there will be an additional $40 CAD fee. Special delivery requirements, such as scheduled delivery or a lift-gate, are the recipient's cost and must be paid before the shipment is sent.
• Wholesale accounts cannot use coupon codes unless they are supplied directly by our support staff. Using unauthorized coupon codes will result in your order being cancelled and your account being limited or closed.
• Wholesale orders cancelled for not following the rules above will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a 5% card processing fee.
