Massively mouth filling
This is an incredibly large pacifier that fills the mouth wonderfully! A quick shortcut to ABDL/subspace.

Unfilled is better
Bought both one of the filled, and one of the unfilled ones. The size of both is fantastic, fills the whole mouth and is easier to forget when using than a smaller one you need to focus on keeping in your mouth. My only complaint is the filled one. In my opinion, it is filled too much, where the stem is completely rounded and has zero give. The filled bulb is great, but having a round stem makes it feel like it should be a gag, not a pacifier. If you want something like that, then definitely go for a filled, but the unfilled is much more comfortable for longer term use.
