Hey there, European Union Customers! We've got a shipping update for you, and we want to walk you through exactly what's changing, why it's happening, and what we're doing to keep your Rearz goodies heading your way.

What changed on November 4th

As of November 4, 2026, shipping into the European Union works a little differently. Under the new rules, we are now required to pay customs fees on shipments valued under €150 (about $230 CAD).

One more thing to know: for shipments valued over €150, we're no longer able to ship with Canada Post. Don't worry though, UPS and FedEx are still available for those orders, so your goodies can still make the trip.

No longer offering extra 25% shipping discount

You may have noticed an extra 25% shipping discount on your EU orders in the past. That discount was there to help cover the costs of shipping for you. Now that we're paying the new customs fees ourselves, we've switched that discount off for EU orders so it can be used toward your duties and taxes. We know nobody likes losing a discount, and we would have liked not to change things but we are limited to the laws put in place by the EU.

Duties and taxes? We've got them covered

Here's the good part: duties and taxes are paid by us, so you can open the door to your package without a surprise bill attached. We're updating our shipping methods at checkout to spell this out. Right now we're squashing a little bug in our shipping quote software, so for the moment your shipping options won't mention it just yet. Once the fix is in, you'll see it clearly at checkout.

Still shipping far and wide

Our goal hasn't changed one bit. We want Rearz to reach as many of you as possible, in as many countries as possible, and we'll keep shipping everywhere we can.
