Silence pants are the most durable and easy to care for pant in our catalog. This is our most comfortable pant, making it the optimal choice for daily active wear.
The Silence Pant is cooler than other waterproof diaper overs thanks to it's breathability. With a bit of stretch this pant provides a lightweight, comfortable, reliable fit.
For light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend using this brief as part of a hybrid system. Our booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold them in place. This will reduce waste, while providing the benefits of a disposable product. If you prefer a washable pad, these contour pads feature a dry to the touch topper for maximum comfort.
A wide crotch can accommodate pads, washable and disposable diapers.
Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

Fun To Wear!
I have Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD]. This Diaper Cover fits perfectly, over a Rearz cloth, pre-fold diaper. Everything is nice, and snug. The colorful pattern looks great, and makes me feel like a young kid again. Some adults, like myself, like the warmth, comfort, and security, of a tight diaper, and a soft, colorful diaper cover.

Great pants. Size is a little on the large side, but that just makes more room for the diapers.

Blue pants with stars
These are great. Such a pleasant change from my white or navy blue PUL pants. I’ve wore PUL pants with diapers for close to twenty years. These are softer than most, have non-pinching elastic and are cute according to my wife.
