The best booster pad that I have found....

Great adult diaper booster pad
This is my go to adult diaper booster pad for incontinence. It adds great capacity to adult tab style diapers, without adding too much bulk, keeping the diaper discreet under cloths when used with daytime weight diapers. Its also extreme soft and comfortable and has an adhesive strip to keep it in place. I like the longer length as well. This booster pad is much longer than most. I've used just about every brand of diaper booster out there. This one out performs them all. I highly recommend giving this product a try.

These are alright. My main complaint is they're 18" not 22". Good for price
