New Shipping Option: UPS Access Points Now Available for Canadian Customers!

We're excited to announce a new shipping option for our Canadian customers — you can now choose to have your order delivered to a UPS Access Point near you! We cannot ship to UPS Access Points outside of Canada.

Whether you're not always home to receive deliveries or you just prefer picking up your packages on your own schedule, UPS Access Points give you the flexibility to collect your order from a convenient location in your area. These include local businesses, retail stores, and UPS locations that accept packages on your behalf.

How It Works

When placing your order, simply select a UPS Access Point as your delivery option and choose a pickup location that works for you. It's that easy!

One important thing to keep in mind: your order must include your valid residential address. This is used as verification when you go to pick up your package. If a valid address is not provided, the Access Point staff won't be able to verify your identity and release your package to you, so please make sure this information is accurate.

Pickup Is Free — Here's What You Need to Know

Your package label will include a D2R code, which indicates that it is a UPS Access Point shipment and that holding fees are covered by UPS. You will not be charged anything to collect your package.

In the rare event that a location tries to charge you a collection fee, simply ask them to check the label for the D2R designation — your package should be released at no cost. If you run into any trouble at all, give us a call while you're at the store, and we'll be happy to speak with the staff directly to get things sorted out for you.

We also understand that not everyone is comfortable confronting staff about the charge in the moment — and that's completely okay. If you'd prefer to just pay and move on, make sure to get a receipt and reach out to us afterwards. We'll work with you to get that fee refunded by UPS.

What Happens If My Chosen Location Isn't Available?

There are times when the Access Point you selected may not be available. This can happen for several reasons, but most commonly it's because that location is temporarily unable to accept new packages.

If this happens, here's what you can expect from us:

  • We'll reach out to you to confirm whether an alternative pickup location works for you.
  • If we don't hear back from you, we'll either ship your order to the closest available Access Point or, if there isn't a location close enough for convenient pickup, we'll cancel the order and issue you a store credit.

We'll always do our best to keep you in the loop and make sure your package gets to you. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated.

Why We're Offering This

We know that flexibility and privacy matter to our community, and UPS Access Points are a great way to give you more control over how and when you receive your orders. We're always looking for ways to improve your shopping experience, and we're thrilled to add this as an option for our Canadian customers.
